At CSS Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for your records and tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
